After payment, go to the "Book a Session" page, log in with the same email, and choose your preferred date and time.
3 - YOU'RE BOOKED!
You'll receive a confirmation email with the session details. Just show up, bring your swimsuit, towel, and water, and enjoy your reset!

Great facility with the best ice bath. Was down to 3.7’ when we’re there. Three different saunas, two ice baths and a hot bath. Towels and slides provided.
