Steam Herbal Sauna (55°C)
A gentle, moist heat designed to open pores, support detoxification, and relax tight muscles. The herbal steam encourages deep breathing while calming the nervous system, making this an ideal starting point before deeper heat or cold exposure.
Salt Sauna (75°C)
A mineral-rich heat experience that supports respiratory health and skin balance. The salt sauna offers a grounding, restorative warmth that feels nurturing without being overwhelming.
Dry Sauna (95°C)
Hoi An’s largest dry sauna and the core of the Epic Reset experience. This high-heat environment promotes circulation, deep sweating, muscle recovery, and stress release. Regular use is associated with improved cardiovascular health, better sleep, and long-term resilience.
Hot Tub (40–42°C)
Warm water immersion designed to soften joints, release muscle tension, and calm the body. The hot tub is ideal between heat and cold cycles or as a space to slow down and integrate the experience.
Outdoor Ice Plunge (5–7°C)
An intense cold exposure that delivers a fast nervous system reset. Ice plunges support inflammation control, sharpen mental focus, and stimulate circulation, making them ideal for experienced cold users or short, powerful immersion.
Outdoor Cold Plunge (15–17°C)
A gentler cold option that allows for longer, more controlled immersion. This temperature range supports nervous system regulation, recovery, and consistency without excessive strain.

Ingredients are chosen intentionally, avoiding unnecessary additives or excess sugar, so the body can absorb what it needs without strain.
