For Cold Exposure

Gentle Medical Disclaimer
Contrast therapy is generally safe for most healthy individuals when practiced mindfully. However, if you have a heart condition, blood pressure concerns, respiratory issues, are pregnant, or have any medical condition that may be affected by heat or cold exposure, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before visiting.
Guests participate at their own comfort level and are encouraged to listen closely to their bodies, rest as needed, and stop any activity that feels uncomfortable.
