Nice place for sauna in Hoi An
I’ve been coming to this spa regularly and it’s honestly one of the best wellness spots I’ve experienced. The facilities are excellent and perfectly designed for both recovery and deep relaxation.
They have a very hot dry sauna that gets up to around 95–100°C which is perfect for a proper sweat. There’s also a beautiful Himalayan salt sauna which has a much gentler heat and a really calming atmosphere.
The herbal steam room is fantastic as well — the aroma and steam are great for relaxing the body and opening the lungs after the sauna.
What really makes this place special is the contrast therapy. There’s a cold plunge pool and an ice bath which are amazing after the heat, and they leave you feeling incredibly refreshed. To finish, there’s also a very warm pool where you can relax and let your body fully reset.
The whole place is clean, peaceful and very well maintained. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, recover and take care of your body. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys sauna, cold therapy or a proper wellness experience.
